Its signature Wing Binders, the key to its overwhelming mobility and flight performance, feature original RG-specific mechanisms for enhanced realism and articulation.
The Wing Binders incorporate five-axis joint articulation, enabling highly flexible and expressive posing.
Inside each Wing Binder, the thrusters feature an internal linked mechanism—rotation of the unit simultaneously moves the internal nozzle extension and deploys the fins.
By rearranging parts, the kit can transform into Neo Bird Mode. Transformation mechanisms accurately replicate the leg movements seen in the series.
Shoulder armor opens to reveal thrusters and can also store the beam sabers.
In addition to the cockpit hatch, the chest intake covers can open and close.
Opening the upper chest intake covers deploys the machine cannons.
The hips include two independently movable swing axes, allowing the waist to sink for more dynamic and natural poses.
Knee armor and rear-shin armor deploy in tandem with knee bending through a built-in linked mechanism, ensuring smooth and realistic articulation.
